Group Classes
We take 6-8 dancers per class, per year. If your preferred class is full you will go onto a wait list.
PLEASE NOTE:
We follow the WC educational department's termly dates. Dancers receive lessons for a minimum of 44 weeks per annum. We have calculated an annual fee due in terms of the rates below and have divided the fee (for the 44 active weeks) through 4 terms / 12 months, to assist our dancers / parents. Although payments are still due during the inactive periods, you are not paying for the inactive periods as such.
Cancellation policy is 1 Term's notice ~ no exceptions.
*Administrative fee of R250, is charged annually, per dancer.
*Group Class Fee is payable Termly (4 terms).
*Monthly payment can be applied for and is possible via debit order that runs monthly (for 12 months including December and January).
Trial Classes
For new dancers only, as a once off
👆🏼Advanced booking and payment required via eft. Valid for 30 days with a 6 hour cancellation policy.
Private Lessons
Current Lesson Packages
- 4 Lesson Intro Package ~ R1200, payable once off, in advance (new clients only)
- 6 Lessons ~ 12 x 30, 45 or 60 min private lessons, payable once off in advance
- 3 Month Package ~ 12 x 30, 45 or 60 min private lessons, payable once off in advance
- 6 Month Package ~ 24 x 30, 45 or 60 min private lessons, payable over 6 months
- 12 Month Package ~ 48 x 30, 45 or 60 min private lessons, payable over 12 months (BEST VALUE)
- Promotional Packages are available at different times during the year
Cancellation Policy
Individual Private Lessons ~ valid for 30 days of it's original date with a 48 hour cancellation policy
Private Lesson Packages ~ 1 calendar month's paid notice + 25% of the months remaining on contract
Enrollment
Enrollment, is done online via links provided by our office.
Invoicing is sent via our accounting platform offering a variety of electronic payment options, for your convenience.
*Registration fee + 1st month / term fees is required in advance.
If you have not done this your dancer is not enrolled.
