RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) Ballet Grades 1 – 3
Once your child starts ballet classes, you will notice that their body awareness, self-control, coordination skills and balance improve tremendously. Bad posture among children who study ballet is usually unheard of. Ballet requires memory training and coordination and allows kids to explore movement, as well as teaching dedication and discipline.

Whether you’ve always wanted to dance, get back into it, we welcome you! No matter your age, background, experience, or fitness level, our classes are aimed at adults who love movement, dance and have an interest in being fit and healthy.
Classical Ballet | Beginner Level
If you have never done ballet before, this class is for you! Or perhaps you have taken a long break from ballet and want to get down to the basics again. Our Adult Ballet class teaches you the basics of classical ballet.
In a no-pressure environment, our classes focus on technique, conditioning, stretching, and fitness; for beginners and those at intermediate level. One thing is certain: it is a great full body workout!
The advantages of taking ballet range from physical benefits (such as strength, mobility, endurance, coordination and alignment) to mental and spiritual benefits (such as cognitive development, musicality and creativity). Unfortunately, many adults find it difficult to muster up the courage to attend their first class. “I’m too old, too big, too clumsy” is a common belief, as though only the young, slim and agile can enjoy ballet. While it might be easier on the body and mind for the young, many return to, and some even start, ballet in their 60s and 70s and successfully progress with their own goals.
DRESS CODE for Adult Ballet:
Clothing that is comfortable, no flapping bottoms, thick socks if no ballet shoes available, and hair tied back, a small towel and an excited feeling.
Those who wish to, may wear black leotard, ballet tights and black chiffon wrap skirt with ballet shoes, hair in bun or tied back.
