Adult Modern Dance Barre

Our Adult Modern Dance Barre group class is an all body workout, focusing on lengthening, toning and stretching, whilst utilising elements of ballet barre, modern dance, yoga, pilates and fitness, within a class of 90 minutes once a week.

You do not need any experience to join and can expect some cardio, pas de bourrées, kicks, squats etc, and core strengthening, relevés at the barre, high retiré etc.


Our classes have limited spots available and when a class if full your name will go onto a waiting list.
